MQ
MQ
MQ is the UK’s leading mental health research charity. They’re transforming lives through research, helping to create a future where mental illnesses are understood, effectively treated and one day prevented. Their scientists investigate a huge range of issues: depression, anxiety, schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, eating disorders and more. They’re bringing together everything from cutting-edge neuroscience to social studies to find the answers we need. But in everything they do they’re driven by one certainty: research can transform what it means to experience mental illness, starting now and for every generation to come. They’re here to make sure change happens.

Light Mind
Light Mind
Light Mind offers solutions to improve employee wellbeing, engagement and performance. The belief at the core of Light Mind is that ‘Mindset Matters’. It matters because it impacts how we experience life and how we deal with challenges, whether we see a bump in the road as a potential ‘failure’ or an ‘opportunity to learn’. Whether we see a decision as ‘overwhelming’ or ‘exciting’. Today’s pace of life means it’s easy to get caught up in the overwhelm whirlwind, whereby it feels easier to stick to familiar choices and patterns, even if life can feel somewhat heavy and cumbersome. The good news: Tiny tweaks = Big changes. Change happens when it’s made easy. Making use of the internal building blocks we all have, our practical tools and activities make creating new habits and making new choices more accessible. Our mindset really can make the difference between that feeling of life happening ‘to us’, versus making life happen ‘for us’.

EAPA
EAPA
EAPA, the UK Employee Assistance Professionals Association represents the interests of professionals concerned with employee assistance, psychological health and wellbeing in the UK. The EAPA mission is to promote the highest standards of practice and the continuing development of employee assistance programmes (EAPs) and services in the UK. Research from The Work Foundation shows that EAPs are the most popular workplace wellbeing initiative offered in the UK, with more than 14 million employees having access to an EAP via their employer. By working in partnership with their EAP providers to develop promotional strategies that drive engagement and utilisation, employers can improve the data available to them and ensure that the right wellbeing areas are prioritised and properly supported.

Shine Workplace Wellbeing
Shine Workplace Wellbeing
Our approach is straightforward – we consult with key stakeholders at companies that want to improve their employees’ wellbeing and we introduce easy-to-follow plans or develop existing programmes and strategies. We often use government-backed criteria to help workplaces achieve desired standards and help them become recognised for their commitment to their staff. This in turn allows our clients to retain existing staff and to become attractive to potential job applicants - in particular the millennial generation who now expect businesses to have such policies in place. Our clients often experience a swift ROI with positive results including lower absence rates, improved productivity, efficiency and creativity, and staff who are more engaged with the company they work for.
